2500 Series Programmable Controller System (Simatic® 505™ Compatible)
Bringing exciting new features to existing and new Simatic® 505™ based Systems, with the first totally new Simatic® 505™ compatible product designs in 15 years. The 2500 Series Programmable Controller System is designed for use in a broad range of Heavy Industrial applications, including discrete and analogue control through to Process Line applications with advanced math and communications. Components include a new range of advanced CPUs with Flash cards and USB ports, support devices for operator interface, modern communication modules including Profibus and Ethernet, I/O control, and uprated power supplies.

A full line of isolated channel, universal and 505™ replacement discrete, analogue, word, and intelligent I/O modules are available for handling almost any input or output specification. These I/O modules are rugged, plug-in devices capable of functioning within operating specifications in harsh environments.

In the 1970's Texas Instruments led the way in automation with high quality robust Programmable Logic Control equipment, which continued for many years under the Simatic® 505™ TI banner.

An ISO9001 quality controlled repair and rebuild service is available from Lamonde Automation, to provide standby spares, or to extend plant operations. TI305 and TI405 equipment is still available, as New DirectLogic 305 & 405, or as rebuilt 2nd user equipment.

Lamonde Automation has 25 years experience in the distribution and support of TI PLC products, including the design and manufacture of a wide range of electronic PLC peripheral products. Equipment has been rebuilt to quality proven procedures, and undergoes a full functional test, followed by soak testing on full load for 24 hours, and is issued with a Certificate of Conformity to the original TI specifications.
