All products carry a 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If a product fails to perform properly within the specified period from the date of purchase, we will replace it or repair at our discretion. Warranties do not apply to those products that have been abused or used outside of the recommended product specifications. Where possible, we will endeavor to replace the product immediately . Products returned under warranty may be replaced with remanufactured goods. You must first obtain a returns number (WIP#) by calling, or email, our returns dept.
