DL05 PLC units
The DL05 micro PLC line includes eight PLC units, each with 8 built-in discrete inputs, 6 discrete outputs. One option slot adds analogue or discrete I/O, additional communications or a memory module with real-time clock and battery back-up.

DL05/06 Discrete I/O option modules
Discrete I/O option modules allow the DL05 PLC to expand with the needs of industrial control applications for just a few dollars more.

DL05/06 Analogue I/O option modules
Using option modules, analogue I/O can be added to the DL05. These analogue modules are among the smallest and lowest-priced in the industry.
16-bit Resolution ... NEW!
16-Bit analogue modules offer higher resolution, higher density (8 channel), and output-only versions.

DL05/06 Communications & Networking
Implement advanced networking solutions for the DL05 with DeviceNet, Ethernet (10 or 100 MBit), and Profibus Modules. The new D0-DCM module supports DirectNet and Modbus (slave) protocols.

DL05/06 Speciality modules
The D0-01MC memory cartridge (module) adds 32K battery backed CMOS RAM, external upload/ download controls and real time clock/calendar.

DL05: Super Powerful and Lowest-Cost
(415kb)	Super low prices The DL05 micro PLC offers incredible features at a disposable price.	FREE Software The new PC-DS100 package has all the features of the full package but is restricted to a 100-word program download.
	Practical communications Two RS-232 serial communication ports are included on all models. This allows connectivity to an operator interface and networking with an AC drive or another PLC at the same time.	Memory cartridge only £38.00 with real-time clock for event scheduling or data logging applications. Also battery back-up and integrated upload and download buttons.
	Simple high-speed counting or pulse output built in (on specific models). The DL05 includes built-in configurable high-speed I/O. There’s no need to purchase a separate motion controller or programmable limit switch (PLS).	Expansion I/O using an option module adds up to 16 more discrete I/O points. Analogue I/O modules are also available.
	*Easy ZIPLink connection* The 16-point option modules can connect to ZIPLink modules including feed-through terminals, fuse, LED and relay.	Network connectivity advanced networking solutions for the DL05 with a DeviceNet, Ethernet, or Profibus module. The D0-DCM module supports DirectNet and Modbus (slave) protocols.
DL05 Expands to Support Analogue
(523kb)	Really low prices Combine a 4-channel analogue input module with our DL05 PLC for low-cost analogue monitoring. Use the built-in PID loops and build a micro control system at an unbeatable price.	Low cost RTU system for almost any remote dial-up application. Combine a DL05 AC- or DC-powered unit with our industrial telephone modem and avoid the high cost of an advanced Remote Telemetry System (RTU).
	Practical connectivity built-in with two RS-232 serial communication ports. Port 2 supports industry standard Modbus RTU protocol (master and slave at 38.4K baud).	Analogue option modules The smallest and lowest priced in the industry. Seven 12-bit, and eight fast 16-bit high resolution models to choose from, including RTD and thermocouple.
	Four PID loops with auto tuning included at no additional charge. DirectSOFT programming software includes a loop tune screen with trending, and fill-in charts for alarms and ramp/soak profiles.	Low-cost process control The small size and flexible features of the DL05 make for a great low-cost process control system. Connect a temperature sensor to an analogue input module. Then, control process loads like heater elements and/or mixers with DL05 discrete outputs using "time-proportioning" and the built-in PID.
