C-more 3" Micro-Graphic Panels & Keypad Bezels

C-more Micro-Graphic panels are a new generation of operator interface graphic and text panels based on the very successful C-more touch panel design. The C-more Micro-Graphic is a low cost HMI panel with a 3.1 inch screen that displays graphics as well as text. Touch screen and non-touch screen versions are available. The low price allows customers with tight budgets to take advantage of graphic control panel features that are most often found in more expensive touch screen products.

Two panel models are available that offer the same basic features. The panel with built-in touch capabilities expands application possibilities for only a few dollars more. Both panel versions have 5 function keys with status indicators. Key functions can be configured differently for every screen and the indicator LEDs can programmed for alarms or status indication.

EA1-S3ML 3.1-inch C-more Micro-Graphic Touch Panel.
With STN LCD monochrome, 128 x 64 dot display. Has 5 selectable screen backlight colors: red, green, amber, lime, and yellow; 5 user-defined function keys with LED indicators. Power is supplied to the panel through the serial communication port connection when used with DirectLOGIC PLCs having an RJ12 communication port. EA-MG-SP1 (power supply with serial port option module) required when connecting to third party PLCs. NEMA 4/4X, IP-65 (when mounted correctly; for indoor use only). (Ref: EA1-S3ML)

3-inch Keypad Choices

EA-MG-BZ2 20-button keypad bezel with numeric keypad.
The 20-button keypad bezel can be used with both the touch and non-touch 3-inch Micro-Graphic control panels. The keypad includes four directional arrow cursor buttons, a full numeric keypad, and one each of an ESCAPE, MENU, CLEAR, and ENTER button. The keypad is intended to be used with the numeric entry object to allow changing of a value. The numeric buttons can be used to enter a new value, or use the cursor left and right buttons to select a digit and the cursor up and down buttons to change the value, along with the ENTER and CLEAR buttons. It can also be used to access and navigate the screen selector feature. The keypad bezel is designed for easy drop-in of a C-more Micro-Graphic panel. (Ref: EA-MG-BZ2)

Note: C-more Micro Graphic Software can be downloaded at no charge or a CD copy may be purchased by ordering EA-MG-PGMSW. Software requires a USB port on your PC to connect to the C-more Micro Graphic panel. Software Help Files are included in the download. No software manual is available.
