DL205 AC/DC (Relay) I/O modulesProducts | PACs, PLCs, PC Control, Field I/O | DirectLOGIC PLC's | DirectLogic 205 and WinPLC | DL205 AC/DC (Relay) I/O modules DirectLOGIC 205 (DL205) PLC - Relay I/OThe DL205 includes Relay I/O modules to suit a wide range of applications, in high current 4pt, 8pt and 12pt, and combined input/output configurations, suitable for low voltage DC or high current AC operation. Each module has a removeable connector for ease of installation and maintenance.
The hardware specifications and wiring infomation for each module is detailed in each associated pdf datasheet, take time to understand the derating curves for each product, and be carefull to combine your I/O requirements into correctly specified module types for longest product life. Use the D2-08TR when switching low voltage circuits on light loads for highest reliability.
Further details are available below: FIELD TERMINATION: DL205 Relay I/O modules use two types of field wiring termination.- Low-density removeable terminal block on 4pt and 8pt modules (1.5mm2 wiring max.)
- High-density removeable terminal block on 12pt modules (1.0mm2 wiring max.)
- You can also use our super-fast and inexpensive ZipLink I/O connector system with all modules

| Note: Manuals do not come with our products unless specified in the description. Download manual from our web site at no charge, or order manual separately.Note: New option modules may not be supported by CPUs purchased prior to the modules release. You can refer to the module specification page on our Web site for this information or find it in our catalog. Be sure to check for the latest firmware for your PLC. Here is the direct link to the Firmware Upgrade section of our Web site where you can find the firmware revision histories, the latest files and tools required to download the firmware into your CPU.Note: Power budget limitations restrict the number of modules allowed in the slots of DL205 bases. Please consult the power budgeting tables in your manual or catalogue for specific calculations. Calculate the power budget | |
